Corporate Cheques May Be Discontinued in Select Countries – Update Your Banking Info

Starting November 22, 2025, country-led restrictions may be imposed on the issuance of cheques, including claims reimbursements, in: Bahrain, Kuwait, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, and Switzerland.
|

To ensure uninterrupted reimbursement of your claims, please update your banking information in Cigna Envoy® or the Cigna Envoy app.
|
Update Your Banking Details:

To continue receiving claim reimbursements without interruption, please update your electronic banking details in the Cigna Envoy portal today. Beginning November 22, 2025, reimbursements will only be processed to bank accounts that have been updated. If your banking information has not been updated, you may not receive claim payments cheques after this date.

There are two ways to update your banking information through Cigna Envoy:

Via the “Account” section to update your electronic banking details
|

|
|
Via the “Claim submission” process to update the electronic bank account details to be used for reimbursement of that claim
|
